The following represents Want 2 Dish? Publishing, Want 2 Dish? Frederick County, and its affiliates Terms of Use. These may be changed from time to time as necessary or required. Please review before agreeing to them and contact us with any questions. The most recent date of these terms will be listed at the bottom of this page. Use of the Service

Welcome to Want2Dish.com, Want 2 Dish? Publishing, Want 2 Dish? Frederick County, and its affiliates. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the Terms of this Agreement. The website is currently free to all members. The owners of the site reserve the right to charge for the website in the future. This is certainly not anticipated and, if it does change, you will be notified prior to that change. We reserve the right to modify the website from time to time (and this will happen) without notice. By continuing to use the website after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by those changes.

This website contains information on businesses, nonprofits, public services as well as news, images, audio and other materials. Although we attempt to verify that all information is correct, we do not make any guarantee that the information is accurate, and any use of the information is at your own risk. If you believe there is something on the website that looks like it should not be there, please contact us. By using the site, you agree to not hold us liable for any inaccurate, outdated or missing data.

This website is for your personal use only and is not to be used for any commercial enterprise unless an agreement between the owner of the site and you has been entered into.

 

Registering for Service

Access to the website is provided at no charge and there is no requirement for registration. However, should you decide that you want to comment, contribute or access certain parts of the site, you will need to register. Your registration is yours and yours only. You are responsible for its use, comments or articles that may be posted and for protecting the password associated with the account. By using the site, you agree that the information provided is true and accurate and contains no aliases or other means to hide your identity.

 

Termination of Service

Okay, here is the reverse of registering for the service. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate or limit the use of your account or to access our site with or without notice or cause. In addition, in the event we are made aware of any illegal activities through your post, we may provide this information, including your personal information, to the proper authorities. We do not want to do that, so let’s keep it all honest and above board. If you repeatedly break the rules, we will terminate access to the site. Sorry.

 

Posting comments/articles

You are responsible for any posts that may be made to the website. By using the site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and hold the website owner harmless for any items that you may post or any items/articles that may be posted by other users of the site.

We attempt to edit articles or submissions for grammar, punctuation, etc. but not content. We do, however, reserve the right to not post, or to remove posts that we feel may in some way not be suitable for publishing, or that may not be timely, or any number of other reasons as determined by the owners and editors of the site. These acceptable items may change from time to time and a listing may not be all inclusive. As a guideline, we ask that if you could not tell your mother or grandmother what you are posting, then it probably should not be posted.

The following is a list of some items that cannot be posted at any time. This is not meant to be all inclusive but to serve as a guideline:

  • Anything that plagiarizes or attempts to take credit for another person’s property rights unless express written approval has been received from the owner
  • Anything that contains profanity or the veiled use of profanity

Although the website owner attempts to edit postings, there may be articles or posts from time to time that are inaccurate, misleading (intentional or not), do not meet our guidelines for posting or other standards. By using this site, you recognize that there may be occasional postings that do not hold up to these guidelines. You agree that you will hold the website owner harmless from any inaccurate, misleading or otherwise objectionable posts. If you decide that these occasional posts may be offensive, please do not use or register for the site.

Should we become aware of posts, videos, pictures, audio or any comments that might be made or posted on the site that infringe on another’s intellectual property rights, we will immediately remove the material from the site. We will comply with requests for information about the posting should it be in conjunction with an ongoing legal matter for which we have been subpoenaed to provide information.

From time to time, you may want to post articles, videos, photos or other information (you cannot do that all today, but it is coming) on our site. If you do, you are the owner of that material. You also agree that nothing you post that we then reuse will require us to get permission from a third party in order to use the content. You also give us permission to use publicly known information about you in connection with us using the content that you post.

Agreement to allow editing

In the event you submit an article for posting, you agree to allow us to edit your story for capitalization, punctuation, spelling and/or length. We will not edit content or substance. If we have a question, we will attempt to contact you at the email address you provide.

In the event you submit a comment, you agree to allow deletion of the entire comment if a portion breaks our rules. We do not edit comments. It is all or nothing.

We also reserve the right to place a submitted article into a category other than the one requested or suggested. We try not to do this, but may find it more beneficial from time to time.

 

Links to other sites

On our site, you may find links to third party sites. These are not maintained by us nor do we have control over the content, postings, photos, videos, sales, etc. or have any influence over those sites. We do not endorse and are not affiliated with any third party site with the exception of www.bringittofuition.net. We are not responsible when you leave our site and enter a third party site. You should read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for that site.

 

Our proprietary rights

The site and its materials are the property of Want 2 Dish? Publishing and its affiliates. The use of software, content, videos, photos, trademarks and intellectual property are strictly controlled and may not be used, copied, modified, distributed, etc. without the express prior written approval for such use. Any rights not granted in these terms are reserved by Want 2 Dish? Publishing and its affiliates.

 

Indemnity

By agreeing to these terms and using the site, you agree to hold, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Want 2 Dish? Disclosures and Copyrights

If you have a relationship, either personal or business, with the subject in a post, please mention it so that our readers will know.

If you want to want to tell other readers about an article found somewhere else, please provide a link to that article rather than copying and pasting the entire article.

Waiver

Our failure to exercise any rights or remedies of these Terms, shall not prevent us from exercising such rights or remedies in subsequent issues. In other words, if you do something wrong and we miss it, that does not make it okay. If we catch it later, we will still exercise our rights and remedies as spelled out.
